Brancott Reserve wines present super-premium versions of key varietal wines from the New Zealand regions where they achieve their most typical character.

Though the country is best known for its Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc, New Zealand’s cool maritime climate combined with high sunshine hours create distinctive flavours in other varieties too.

In a country nearly 2000km long, one can expect a wide range of regional variation – from the warmer sheltered plains around Gisborne to the wide-open Hawke’s Bay down to Marlborough, the hills of North Canterbury and the mountainous high country of Otago. Each of these regions is particularly well suited to specific varieties or produces a distinctive regional character, as can be seen in the different flavour profiles of Brancott Reserve’s Marlborough and Otago Pinot Noirs.

With planned additions to the range, wine lovers will be able to gain a wide appreciation of New Zealand wine through Brancott Reserve wines.
